Our Crepes are perfect for a lazy Sunday morning brunch at home. Enjoy this recipe all year round paired with your favourite sweet or savoury fillings.
Ingredients

1 cup plain flour
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup water
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2tbs butter
- Oil
Method

In a medium size bowl whisk flour and eggs together. Slowly pour milk and water and stir until well combined. Beat until smooth.
- Heat a teaspoon of oil in the Bessemer crepe pan and place on a medium-high heat. Pour crepe batter into middle of the pan (approx. ¼ of a cup) and slowly tilt and turn the pan in a circular motion to coat the base of the pan.
- Fry crepe until the top of the crepe is no longer wet or a batter like consistency. This should take 2-3 mins. Using a flat spatula, run it underneath along the edge of the crepe. Using the double handed handle flip the crepe and cook the other side.
- When golden brown serve with your favourite fruit or fillings, ice cream and a sprinkle of icing sugar.
