Bessemer Affiliate FAQs

Upon signup, you will be asked to create a username and password to access your affiliate dashboard. Once you have successfully logged into your affiliate dashboard, you will need to finalise your profile and add in your PayPal account email. Once this is all done, you are set!

Your affiliate dashboard is your command centre. In this dashboard, you will have access to your unique affiliate link and two discount coupon codes that you can use to start promoting Bessemer. All of the key information relating to your affiliate journey can be found within your dashboard.

Log into your affiliate dashboard and go to settings > profile.

Important: Please add your mobile number to your affiliate profile, as we might call you to validate your identity.

As an affiliate, you and your customers are only applicable to shop on the affiliate collection and not on the regular site. This is because your referral link and coupon code discounts are linked to the special products featured on the affiliate collection only.

If you wish to purchase outside of this collection, you may but your commission won’t be calculated and the discount codes won’t work.

Your 10% commission will be paid to you via your PayPal account at the end of each month on 14-day payment terms. You can access your commission payouts via your affiliate dashboard under commission.

Don't be alarmed if you see the UpPromote branding in your affiliate dashboard. We have partnered with UpPromote to offer this awesome affiliate program. Your Bessemer affiliate program is 100% Bessemer.

Once your affiliate program has been approved and you are able to log into your dashboard, you can start promoting Bessemer right away! No need to wait for us to contact you.

Once you have have successfully registered to be part of the Bessemer affiliate program, you will be given two coupon code discounts. One coupon discount offers 10% off on full RRP products ONLY and the other a 5% coupon discount on items on sale ONLY. You can access the coupon codes from within your dashboard upon logging in. The coupon codes can be used at checkout on bessemer.com.au within the promo code option.

Important: Please communicate to your customers that the coupons will only work on the above mentioned criteria.

When you become an affiliate, you will be given a unique affiliate referral URL link that is connected to your account. No other affiliate will have your link. When a customer shops on Bessemer through your affiliate link, all sales will be tracked and commission assigned accordingly to you. You can access your affiliate link from within your dashboard upon logging into your account.

Helpful Tip: You can shorten your unique affiliate referral link from within the dashboard using the "Get shortened link" option. Doing so will give you a bit.ly shortened link.

If a customer is shopping via your affiliate link, a yellow banner will be displayed on top of the page stating "Welcome! You are currently shopping on an affiliates' link".

At times, bessemer.com.au might have a sitewide sale which will result in the 10% coupon not working. However, your unique affiliate referral link automatically will go to an affiliate collection that will never be on sale. So your 10% coupon code will always work.

When promoting Bessemer on your social media account, please remember to use #bessemeraffiliate on your post.
