American Style Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup plain flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Pinch of salt
- Maple syrup + berries to serve
Method
- In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Add egg, milk and melted butter, mixing until smooth.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly butter.
- Pour small rounds of batter and cook until bubbles form, then flip until golden.
